  3. I'm looking for an excellent paint program to paint my LW3D objects.
  4. Can anyone recommend such a program for WindowsNT based PC?
  5.  
  6. My painting skills are adequate at best and want to enhance them.
  7.  
  8. Are file formats all I need to be concerned about in picking the 
  9. appropriate paint program?
  10.  
  11. Is there a Photoshop for Windows out there...somewhere way out 
  12. there...:}
